Ray Bower B.Comm., FRI, AACI, P.App. Ray Bower was born in Toronto, Ontario and graduated from the University of Windsor with an honors degree in Business Administration. He began his real estate career with one of the largest real estate brokerages in Windsor in 1972. At present, Ray is the senior appraiser and president of the largest real estate appraisal and consulting firms in south-western Ontario. He has vast experience in appraising and consulting for residential and multi-residential properties; commercial and industrial properties, vacant lands, air rights, water rights, partial takings etc. Assignments have been completed for mortgage purposes, litigation, transfers, expropriations, tax purposes, assessment appeals, proposed developments, rental studies, market analysis, lease arbitration etc. Ray has been qualified to give expert testimony experience at various tribunal and court levels. He has extensive experience in technical matters, principles and techniques of real estate appraising and economic theory.
