Joe Kireta - AACI, P.App.

Joe Kireta is a senior appraiser with ray bower appraisal services inc. having been actively involved in the Windsor–Essex county real estate board since 1990. Joe began his career as a licensed sales representative with a nationally renown real estate company. Although well versed in the preparation of ICI reports for various intended uses, Joe’s area of expertise lies in knowledge of the residential real estate market. Joe has an extensive educational background having successfully obtained numerous academic credits from the University of Windsor. Joe has been active in the Windsor chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada for several years.
